New Home Build in Stock Farm

Decor & More was hired by this young family to help build their "forever" home. They selected a floor plan that looked to the future of their family as well as works for them now. Young son and daughter had their own bedroom suites for future privacy. A downstairs bedroom was designed for aging parents.
They wanted the home to be inviting, yet casual, cozy, yet suitable for entertaining. We achieved that and more. Carmaco Builders executed a custom home with quality craftsmanship that exceeded this family's dreams.

Great Room After

Clients were moving permanently from their Kansas home to their second home in Hilton Head Island. They contacted Decor & More to help with a major update to the ocean front home. The challenge was combining mid-western furniture with new coastal themed pieces. They wanted a casual coastal feel that reflected their likes and lifestyle. Since the ocean view was the gorgeous focal point, we wanted to make sure the foyer was a wow!

This national builder asked Decor & More to create a unique furniture package for their new custom model home in Palmetto Bluff.  Using traditional furniture and coastal charm, we optimized the home's architecture with an eclectic, functional design that fits the home and the community.

Barrington Villa Remodel

The owners contacted Decor & More to help with the remodel of a Barrington villa in Palmetto Dunes plantation. They were going to put it on the rental market.
We chose new paint throughout the one bedroom unit, new flooring and carpeting throughout, new lighting, appliances, cabinets, counters and window treatments. The result is fresh updated villa with a relaxed coastal vibe.

The owners contacted Decor & More after a sprinkler leak left 5 inches of water in their unit which wasn't discovered for days. The condo was taken down to studs and cement floors and had to be rebuilt. After owning the condo for over 30 years, the owners wanted it updated and put on the market for sale. As out-of-town owners they wanted someone to manage the remodel process as well as select finishes and furnishings. Decor & More worked along side the contractors to make sure the unit met the owners needs and requirements.

The owners of this Palmetto Dunes home hired Decor & More to design and project manage their major remodel. This is a vacation home and they live in Ohio.
The remodel included gutting and redesigning bathrooms, replacing all carpeting and bathroom flooring with luxury vinyl, painting the entire interior including popcorn removal, adding a kitchen backsplash and converting to gas cook top, replacing window treatments, redesigning fireplace wall and replacing most lighting and fans. The owners incorporated antique family pieces into the design which resulted in a casual coastal home reflecting the owners eclectic style.

Master Bedroom

I was hired to work with this couple on a new home. A standard home was built and the work came in customizing it afterward. Custom built-ins were added in the great room. Custom wainscoting was designed for the entry foyer and office. Window treatments, light fixtures, fans, paint and back splash were selected. 
The owners wanted a comfortable, casual home blending existing pieces with new to create a coastal feel.

Dining Area After Remodel

Homeowners contacted Decor & More to assist with a mid-century remodel in Sea Pines. They fell in love with the early 1970's home and wanted to maintain the mid-century charm. Since they lived out of state they needed someone to not only work with architect and contractor but to help furnish the home. We kept the gorgeous vaulted wood ceilings as well as the open glass-walled rooms. The remodel added two bedrooms and a stunning master bath. The result is a clean, uncluttered but eclectic design which enhances the mid-century modern architecture. Luxury vinyl floors replaced carpeting and tile. Space was reconfigured to accommodate a luxury master bath and two bedrooms. Creamy walls with dark trim were painted throughout the house.

Hampton Hall New Home Build

Homeowners' contacted Decor & More to help with their new home build in Hampton Hall. This custom home required attention to detail to create the coastal craftsman esthetic they desired. Custom reclaimed wood floors, combine with coastal lapboard, glass interior door hardware, barn doors combine with six-panel doors. Many natural elements were used in the exterior as well as the interior. Field stone combined with slate and lots of wood.
