Barrington Arms Condo Remodel

The owners contacted Decor & More after a sprinkler leak left 5 inches of water in their unit which wasn't discovered for days. The condo was taken down to studs and cement floors and had to be rebuilt. After owning the condo for over 30 years, the owners wanted it updated and put on the market for sale. As out-of-town owners they wanted someone to manage the remodel process as well as select finishes and furnishings. Decor & More worked along side the contractors to make sure the unit met the owners needs and requirements.
