Staging a Vacant Home in Hampton Hall
This vacant "spec" home had been on the market for two years leading the out-of-town owner to call Decor & More for help. Since approximately 80% of buyers pre-buy on the internet, we reviewed the MLS online pictures. In less than one week, we purchased, delivered and staged new furniture in three key rooms. New MLS online pictures were taken enabling online buyers to better visualize the rooms' spatial dimensions.
